Return Policy For Outside Of United States Purchases

Acceptance: By placing an electronic order through our website, you agree to the preliminary information form and the distance selling agreement provided to you.

Shipping Costs: The shipping costs for products shipped from the United States will be covered by Luxury Brands USA LLC.

Returns and Exchanges: Products are custom-ordered and cleared from the United States to be delivered to you. Due to the nature of this personalized shopping service, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If the Product Price is Not Paid:

Delivery Obligation: If the buyer does not pay the product price or cancels the transaction through bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

Unauthorized Credit Card Use:

Fraudulent Use: If it is discovered that the credit card used for payment was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons after the product has been delivered and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is required to return the product within 3 days, with the shipping costs covered by the buyer.

Delivery Delays Due to Unforeseeable Reasons:

Force Majeure: If the product cannot be delivered on time due to unforeseeable force majeure circumstances beyond the seller's control, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace it with a similar product, or postpone the delivery until the obstacle is removed.

  If the order is canceled:

Cash Payment: If payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days from the cancellation.

Credit Card Payment: If payment was made by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of cancellation; however, it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer’s account.

Payment Methods:

Bank Transfer/EFT: You can make payments to our bank accounts via bank transfer or EFT.

Credit Card: You can use any credit card on our website to benefit from online single payment or installment options. The payment will be processed from your credit card upon order completion.

15-Day Return Period:
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
